At Boniesta, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

1. Eligible Returns (30-Day Window)

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item due to an error on our part.

2. No Returns for Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for non-defective items.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Accidental orders or wrong size/color choices made by the buyer.
• Items that are fully functional and match the product description.

All sales of non-defective items are final.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

• Return Shipping: FREE. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for approved defective or incorrect items.
• Restocking Fees: None ($0).

4. How to Request a Return

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at boniesta.contact@gmail.com with your order number and photo/video proof of the issue.
